I am glad to see that exchanges and cooperation between the Chinese and African business communities have enjoyed such dynamic growth. On behalf of the Chinese government, I wish to extend warm congratulations on the opening of the Fourth Conference of Chinese and African Entrepreneurs and warm greetings and best wishes to conference participants. 　　2003年我担任总理后，第一次正式出访就到了非洲，出席了中非合作论坛第二届部长级会议开幕式并访问埃塞俄比亚。2006年的非洲七国之行穿越南北，一幕幕感人场景至今记忆犹新，那次我写了一首诗，题目叫“我回家了”。2009年我到非洲出席中非合作论坛第四届部长级会议开幕式。当时国际金融危机已经波及非洲大陆。我代表中国政府宣布了加强中非合作、支持非洲发展的八项新举措，体现了中非携手应对挑战的坚定决心。 When I made my first official overseas visit as Chinas premier in 2003, I went to Africa. During that visit, I attended the opening ceremony of the Second Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and visited Ethiopia. My visit to seven African countries in 2006 took me across the African continent, and the moving scenes of that visit still remain fresh in my mind.
