2015-2016学年度第-学期 本学期将深入开展幼儿园园本教学研究，并结合一年中的节日及钟山区的本土特点、幼儿园音乐游戏教学等内容安排教育教学活动；通过幼儿园课题的实施开展，丰富幼儿园课程，形成具有本园特色的园本教研体系。完善一日活动细节，做到“保教结合，课程平衡，师幼合作，家园互动”。 1、打造各领域精品课程。以级部为单位开展领域研究，通过优质课、优秀教案、优秀反思等，完善和丰富领域课程。 2、优化一日生活活动。重新完善一日生活环节安排，将游戏与幼儿一日生活结合，细化工作流程。 3、实施开展区域活动，逐个区域建立、开发、实施、评价、提升。 4、梳理、归纳各类活动的功能、价值及活动展开的有效手段，加强对保教活动中儿童需要的多种表现行为与活动倾向性等特点研究，初步形成“合理选择内容、科学把握目标、多视角的学与教, 满足个体需要”的教育实施策略。 （一）、提高对儿童学习与有效性行为的科学认识。 1．围绕有效性教学的认识，理解儿童学习与教师行为有效性关系，结合自身行为进行反思、剖析，形成观点。 2．学习、了解、尝试幼儿活动评价的几类标准及评价方法。 　　　　relationship between Government and business.
