摘 要 该建筑为办公楼，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。建筑总高为18.3m，共5层，一层层高为3.9m，其他各层层高为3.6m。建筑面积5363.1㎡。 本设计包括建筑设计、结构设计和基础设计。 建筑部分：根据建筑的地理位置，所有的功能分区等设计依据进行平面布置、立面、剖面等方面的建筑设计，力求建筑物的实用、经济、美观。 结构部分：结构形式为框架结构，所有的梁、柱及板均采用现浇，基础采用柱下独立基础，绘出结构施工图。 本设计主要进行了一榀框架的计算。在确定框架布局之后，先计算了恒载、活载、风载的等效荷载以及各杆端的内力，然后用分层法进行内力分配，然后各层叠加，进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。接着内力组合找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合，选取最不利组合计算配筋并绘图。此外还进行了楼梯和基础的设计，完成了平台板、梯段板、平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算。 关键词：框架结构；钢筋混凝土；内力计算 Abstract The building for office buildings, with reinforced concrete frame structure.
