大学生课堂无礼行为结构及对策研究 摘 要：本研究采用随机抽样调查高校189名大学生，运用探索性因素分析对数据进行处理，结果表明：（1）我国大学生课堂无礼行为是四因素结构： 学习消极、敌意行为、漠视纪律、轻视怠慢；（2）引起大学生课堂无礼行为的原因主要是由15个方面的内容构成。为了提高大学生课堂学习效果，本研究最后提出了一些对策建议。 关键词：大学生；课堂无礼行为；课堂无礼行为结构；课堂无礼行为原因 The Study on Undergraduates of Incivility Construct in Classroom and Cause of Incivility in Classroom Liu Chang-e Zhang Dan Yi Ling Abstract: This study randomly surveys 189 students in Hunan Business School, and uses exploratory factor analysis for data processing, The result shows that Chinas university students incivility structure is made up of the four factors: negative study, hostile,
