Well before classes start, students and teachers order Lattes, Cappuccinos and Hot Chocolates. Special-education teachers Kim Chevalier and Sue Casey introduced the Dixie PIT from a similar program at Kennesaw Mountain High School in Georgia. Not that it was easy.
