大连工业大学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 ：基于VMI的库存管理研究 副标题： 以恒力电缆公司为例 专 业： 物流管理 指导教师： 晚春东 学生姓名： 万永发 班级-学号：物流092-31 2013年 6 月  大连工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：基于VMI的库存管理研究 副标题：以恒力电缆公司为例 学生姓名：万永发 专 业：物流管理 班级学号：物流091-31 指导教师：晚春东 评 阅 人：李青 摘 要 经济全球化的发展必然带动着物流业的全球化发展，企业之间的竞争也正逐渐从技术、服务的较量扩展到供应链管理的博弈。供应链环境下的库存管理是供应链管理的重要内容，它要求企业从传统的只注重自身的库存控制转向注重整个供应链的库存控制，尽量减少需求放大现象，建立供应链上企业的战略联盟关系，实现信任、共享和协同作业，通过整个供应链服务水平的提升和库存成本的降低，实现供应链上企业的共赢。供应商管理库存（VMI）不仅可以降低供应链的库存水平，而且可使客户获得更高水平的服务，改进资金流，以及与供应商共享需求变化的透明性和获得更好的用户信任。 恒力电缆公司的库存管理现状进行阐述，得出库存管理存在的一些问题并对这些问题产生的原因进行了分析。结合恒力电缆企业库存管理实际，提出用VMI的管理方法解决库存问题，通过对内外部环境影响因素的分析，得出恒力电缆公司目前的软硬件条件，阐明了恒力电缆公司实施VMI的可行性。 通过确定VMI实施的目标，然后利用ABC分类法从寻找适合VMI的物料中着手，再确定出ABC各类物料的VMI形式。其次，对A类物料的供应商进行筛选，制定出公司与供应商的合作框架协议，并详细介绍了恒力电缆公司实施VMI的过程，最后对恒力电缆公司引入VMI管理后的解决效果进行定性分析。 关键词 :供应链管理；供应商管理库存；供应商；库存管理 Abstract The development of economic globalization will drive the development of logistics industry globalization, the competition between enterprises is also gradually from technology, service competition expands to supply chain management game.
