The demand for qualified working capacity is increasing faster than the offering, both in China and internationally. As competition in the labor market has intensified, companies have shown an ever-increasing interest in strategies to different themselves. Strong demand for specific skills, in addition to ever tighter labor markets generally, is making it much more difficult both to retain current employees and to recruit new employees. Employer Branding is called the ‘hottest strategy in employment ‘.It is a rule that a company make the identity clear as an employer. In this era, the employer branding is becoming a new competitive edge in modern enterprises, so, how to mold and maintain the employer branding is playing a decisive role. In this article, first, I will resolve some interrelated social hot news, then, find out the value of the employer branding, and explore key points for employer branding molding. Finally, I will try to bring out some advices for employers image management.
