城管办主任述职报告 一、在政治思想方面，我认真学习马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观，用科学的理论武装头脑，坚定政治信念，树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，不断提升党性修养，在学习和工作的同时，坚持理论联系实际。 二、努力完成区办事处交办的各项工作任务。 （一）跟进省、市、区重点项目北京积水潭中山骨科医院、电梯产业基地、新蒂森、南区汽贸城、竹秀园旗山片商住地、城投合作用地等项目用地的报批手续。目前，北京积水潭中山骨科医院项目已报省批准、缴交用地税费，待办理供地手续；城投合作用地报国土资源部已获批准，待材料补充完善后报省国土资源厅；其他项目也都在积极跟进中。 （二）严格执行招拍挂出让工作运作程序，年内完成拍卖手续的有理丹电器、奥泰塑胶管业、柏天尼不锈钢制品、沙岗电梯、亚塑尼龙材料等。同时，做好新证、流转用地手续的办理工作，如上塘经济联合社东环路侧用地、詹园二期（三宗）用地、福涌经联社“老高山”、区办事处“恒海”教育用地等等。 （三）做好矿产资源管理和地质灾害点整治工作。在对矿产资源的日常监督管理工作中，我区依法加强对矿产资源开采与保护的日常监管。同时，做好地质灾害点的整治工作，如北台加油站侧的地质灾害点整治项目，已完成了招标工作，现正在整治中。 三、随着土地政策的不断完善，国土办证报批手续日益严谨，明年，我将更加努力做好国土办证工作。同时，认真做好职责范围内的其他工作。 strengthen the ideological and political education of youth a armed with youth science theory.
