夏粮和油菜籽收购专项检查工作总结 **市粮食局关于转发省粮食局开展2013年夏粮油菜籽收购专项检查和做好收购质量安全监管工作文件的通知》（普粮法规〔2013〕83号）和《普洱市粮食局关于转发省粮食局在夏粮和油菜籽收购工作中开展五要五不准守则执行情况专项治理工作的文件通知》（普粮法规〔2013〕82号）文件，结合本县实际, 我局粮油管理股组织出动工作人员4人于7月22日对我县从事夏粮油菜收购的文华粮油厂进行专项检查，现将工作基本情况总结如下： 1.2013年我县种植的夏粮（小麦）数量少，加之天气干旱，小麦基本无上市交易的情况。 2.我县从事油菜籽收购、加工的企业有文华粮油厂一家。文华粮油厂今年油菜籽收购情况是本地收购110吨，价格每公斤6元左右；外地收购76吨，价格每公斤5元左右。 3.文华粮油厂在油菜籽收购过程中无“打白条、压级压价”等行为，严格遵守收购政策，收购行为符合 “五要五不准”要求，百姓乐意与其交易。 4. 文华粮油厂油菜籽质量良好，生产的植物油达标，无质量安全事故，无违规操作的情况。 5.文华粮油厂建立了粮油经营台账，按规定向我局报送了收购统计报表。 strengthen the ideological and political education of youth a armed with youth science theory.
