INTRODUCTION DZT serial high-frequency switch power rectifying module is a essential communication power of computerized design. There are two types of DZT 4810(output current 10A) and DZT 4820(output current 20A) in DZT high-frequency serial switch power rectifying module. With being based on high-frequency PWM technology (300khz clock), it have the independent shunting and equalizing function and perfect date interface, thereby realizing the automatic equalizing charge, fault disconnection, remote restriction current and remote control. It is widely used in large programmable exchanges, radio wave, light wave fiber, mobile communication and other equipment, sharing charging-battery. It holds small-volume, light-weight, high-dependability, well-stability and other features. 2. Working principles and main performance specifications 2.1 Working principles The principle diagram of DZT4810/4820 high-frequency switch power rectifying module is shown as Fig.1. The single phase AC current first enters in the peak suppression and EM1 carrier wave circuit, which has two functions: one is to prevent the peak load caused by the switch on/off of the load and lightening damaging the rectifying module in the commercial power network, the other is to prevent the interference voltage and current caused by the high-frequency switches inside the rectifying module returning to the power network.
