摘 要 本设计为某宿舍楼A栋建筑与结构设计结构设计计算书。设计的主要内容要求是进行宿舍楼设计，包括建筑设计和结构设计。该宿舍楼位于某市某地，占地面积约为655m2，地下室面积约为4732.5m2，建筑层数为十一层，属高层建筑，结构体系采用框架剪力墙结构体系。抗震设防烈度为八度，剪力墙抗震等级按一级计算，框架抗震等级按二级计算。 建筑设计部分设计内容：根据已有建筑用地，确定建筑方案（工程概况、建筑方案设计说明、内外墙及楼地面的初装修情况），绘制主要建筑施工图。建筑造型要求体现新颖性、时代性，立面（特别临街立面）处理要求美观大方，颜色搭配得当，且应符合经济适用的原则。 结构设计部分设计内容：框架剪力墙结构设计。根据建筑施工图确定结构方案，进行结构设计计算（手算主要梁、柱、墙配筋设计和一榀框架剪力墙结构设计，同时以电算复核），绘制结构施工图。结构设计满足结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性。 结构设计根据建筑设计、工艺使用和抗震方面的要求，以及现场材料供应情况和施工能力、场地地质条件等，确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案，确定框架、楼面、屋面、楼梯及其它承重构件和非承重构件形式。手算只选取一榀横向的框架剪力墙及其柱、墙下基础进行设计计算。 结构设计主要包括以下八个部分：结构刚度计算；水平地震作用、竖向荷载作用下框架和剪力墙内力计算；荷载效应组合；截面设计与配筋计算；楼梯设计、地下室和基础设计。 基础依《建筑地基基础设计规范》进行设计，由地质资料分析统计可知，上部以松软土层为主，层厚较大，分布广泛，地下水丰富。属可液化土，液化等级为中等；上部结构传来的荷载比较大；因此，本工程建筑物不宜采用天然地基，Abstract This these is a structure design calculation book of a dormitory building A of the architectural building and structure design .
