Policy Processes and Rules 保险单制作程序及规则 Barclay Card – Business Rules – Credit Life HBP巴克莱卡–业务规则–信贷寿险业务 ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUOTE AND CONVERSION TO A POLICY PROCESS 确认报价及更改保单程序 Overview of Process: 程序概述： Once a quotation has been accepted by a Client, the Barclay Card branch must insure that the Client completes the Application/Certificate of Cover and that he understands what the Credit Life policy covers. The Client must sign and date the Certificate of Cover as acceptance and acknowledging the fact that the details are as supplied and are both accurate and correct. 如果客户接受所报价格，巴克莱银行应确保客户完成保险申请表或保单授权书，并确保客户知晓信贷寿险的责任额。客户应签署并在授权书上注明日期，这将作为客户已验收银行所提供的保险详细资料并确认其准确精确性的行为。 Procedure: 程序： 1.
