2010年教师述职报告 一、 教研组工作 二、教学工作 在教学工作上，根据教材的内容，了解学生的实际情况，通过钻研教材、研究具体教学方法，制定了切实可行的学期工作计划，为整个学期的数学教学工作定下目标和方向，保证了整个教学工作的顺利开展。在教学的过程中，学生是主体，让学生学好知识是老师的职责。认真细致地研究教材，研究学生掌握知识的方法。通过钻研教学大纲和教材，不断探索，尝试各种教学的方法，通过利用网络资源、各类相关专业的书报杂志了解现代教育的动向，开拓教学视野和思维。认真上好每一节课，顺利完整本学年数学教学工作。 三、学校总务工作 总务工作是学校工作的重要组成部分，一年来，我在学校领导的关心支持下，广大教师的积极配合，顺利地完成了学校后勤服务于教学，服务于师生的任务。为了积累经验，吸取教训，现对一学年的总务工作回顾小结如下： 1、开学前，为了保证全校师生能准时按课表上课，安排各班级课桌椅，分发好学生课本，添置好必要的办公用品和教育教学用具。平时多与各部门做好沟通，加强联系，所需物品及时到位。 2、做好日常工作管理，使日常工作规范化，后勤工作比较杂、比较琐碎，做到出现问题和需要时，及时处理。 3、做好学校的固定资产登记工作，本学期强化财产管理，使学校固定资产管理逐步走上规范化。 4、安排好节假日，寒暑假的值班工作。 5、安全管理方面，在本学年积极配合校长室做好校园内的安全工作，不定期检查学校各个功能室，查看各个功能室内用电安全和消防安全。各班的电灯、开关及插座，发现问题，及时维修，做到安全第一，防患于未然。 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
