修改意见： 神经内科下呼吸道感染危险因素分析及防范措施 潘文良，张勤 海盐县人民医院，神经内科，浙江省海盐县， 314300 2浙江大学医学院附属第一医院。浙江省，杭州市，邮编；310003 潘文良 男 1981.8 主治医师 神经内科 浙江省海盐县人民医院 314300ameinniuniu@163.com 基金项目：浙江省医药卫生一般研究计划A类（编号：2011KYA061） [摘要]目的：对神经内科下呼吸道感染的危险因素进行分析并探讨相关防范措施。方法：对我院神经内科2010年～2012年收治的572例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中合并有下呼吸道感染的275例患者为观察组，无感染的297例患者为对照组，对两组患者可能导致感染的相关因素进行单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果：两组患者在合并基础疾病、意识障碍、饮酒史、吸烟史、侵入性操作、药物使用以及住院时间方面均具有明显差异性（P＜0.05），其中以合并基础疾病、意识障碍、长期吸烟饮酒、侵入性操作、抑酸剂、脱水剂以及抗菌药物的使用为影响下呼吸道感染的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。结论：影响神经内科下呼吸道感染的因素较多，应采用综合防范措施，对相应独立危险因素进行有针对性的预防和治疗。 [关键词]神经内科；感染；危险因素 The risk factor analysis and preventive measures for lower respiratory infection in neurology [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the infection risk factors of lower respiratory in neurology and discuss the relevant preventive measures. Methods: Analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of 572 patients in neurology of our hospital from 2010 ~ 2012.There were 275 patients with lower respiratory tract infection as the observation group, and 297 cases without infection as the control group. We used the methods of single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis to analyze the related factors of infection in patients of two groups. Results: There were obvious differences in the aspects of the combination of basic diseases, the disturbance of consciousness, the history of drinking and smoking history, the invasive operation, the drug use and the length of hospital stay in two groups of patients (P 0.05),the combination of basic diseases, the disturbance of consciousness, the long-term smoking and drinking, the invasive operation, acid suppression agent, dehydrating agent, and the use of antimicrobial agents were the independent risk factors for lower respiratory infection in neurology(P 0.05). Conclusion: The influencing factors of the neurology lower respiratory infection is more,we should adopt comprehensive preventive measures for the appropriate independent risk factors for targeted prevention and
