American Discovery system is evidence of the public system modeled on the main target of the world and learn. In this paper, the study of comparative law on introduction to the United States Evidence Discovery System raised the perfection of recommended opinion. Firstly, through the definition of evidence of discovery system concepts, an overview of the function, scope and methods of Evidence Discovery in the history and development of the system, the American Discovery, briefly introduced the system of American Discovery. Then, open the show by the U.S. evidence comparative analysis of the system and our system of exchange of evidence, summarized the difference between the two is mainly reflected in nature, open to show the premise of Discovery range, discovery method, opened to show the number of legal consequences and other aspects.
