农机安全生产工作汇报 9月10日在全市范围开展了农机安全生产大检查及打击安全生产非法违法行为专项行动，现将工作开展情况汇报如下： 1、召开会议，成立组织。我站接到上级通知后，及时召开了专门会议，各中队负责人参加了会议，会议下发了专门文件，制定了行动方案。会上要求，各中队、各分站要高度重视这次大检查和专项行行，要落实工作责任，认真组织实施，监理站一把手要亲自在过问，分管领导要全程督促，农机执法中队要具体落实。为加强对这项工作的领导，站成立了以吴德兵同志为组长，姜明华、朱成为副组长，执法中队为成员的专项行动领导小组，并进一步明确了专项行动工作职责。 2、广泛宣传，营造氛围。市农机监理站进一步加大了宣传力度，印制了农机安全法律、法规、安全常识、安全技术操作技术等各类宣传资料5000多份，制作了农机安全宣传图版2块，出动5辆宣传车深入集镇、作业现场向农民机手进行警示宣传，大力宣传农机安全生产的重要性，进一步增强农机手的守法意识、安全意识。 3、加大落实，务求成效。开展农机违法行为专项行动，严厉打击农机安全生产非法违法行为。重点查处了拖拉机、联合收割机无牌、无年检记录行驶、驾驶员无证驾驶、疲劳驾驶和酒后驾驶等非法违法行为，预防和遏制农机安全生产事故发生，保障了人民群众生命财产安全。与三秋农机安全生产大检查结合起来，确保三秋农机生产顺利进行。秋收开始后，我局派出5个”农机安全生产稽查中队，深入一线，加大对农业机械的安全监督和检查，及时纠正违章作业行为，排除农机事故安全隐患。 4、突出重点，整治校车。为了防止农机重特大安全事故的发生，确保学生生命安全和身体健康，自秋季新学期开学以来，我站还开展了拖拉机违规接送学生专项整治活动，为全市中小学生送去安全保护伞。认真研究制定打击拖拉机非法载客的具体措施，成立专门队伍，进一步落实责任。组织了5个农机安全稽查中队、30名农机安全监理人员，开展拖拉机违规接送学生专项整治活动。队伍人员全部到位后，立即深入到乡村道路和农村中小学进行巡回检查，散发宣传资料，对无牌无证驾驶和违章接送中小学生等行为，认真进行批评教育，情节严重和屡教不改的驾驶人员，依 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
