内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：太原市世纪小区2#楼采暖与 防排烟设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 太原市世纪小区2#楼采暖与防排烟设计 摘要 低温热水地板辐射采暖是一种利用建筑物内部地面进行供暖的系统。它既能高效地使用多种低品位能，达到节能效果；又具有室内温度均匀、卫生条件高、舒适性好等特点。是一种减少建筑能耗提高热舒适性的理想供暖系统。 本文主要是低温热水地板辐射采暖的系统设计。首先对低温热水地板辐射采暖国内外现状、优缺点、传热特点和铺设方式进行了分析，得出了这是一种舒适节能的采暖方式。再对住宅楼进行采暖热负荷计算，由于地板辐射采暖室内实感温度高于设计温度，所以计算时采用相应降低室内计算温度的方法，满足节能要求。在管道铺设方面，选择了交聚乙烯管道双回形铺设的方式。这种铺设方式地板表面的均匀，满足了舒适性要求。最后，在各户安装温控阀和热计量表，对各户房间进行温度控制和热计量。 总之，地板采暖是一种既古老又崭新，既舒适又节能的供暖方式。 关键词：供暖工程；节能；分户计量 Heating and Smoke Control and Extraction Design of Business-Living Buliding Abstract The low temperature water radiant floor heating is a system that takes advantage of the floor surface to heat the room. It not only efficiently makes use of the various lowenergy to achieve energy saving, but also provides the well-distributed room temperature ,good sanitation, comfort and so on. So it is a ideal heating system that reduces the consumption of energy and raises the thermal comfort. This paper is a design of the low temperature water floor panel heating system. First, this paper analyzes the present conditions, advantages, disadvantages, the features in heat transfer and tubing. We can reach a conclusion that this system is comfortable. Second, it calculates the heat load of the housing building. Since room temperature exceeds the designed temperature of floor panel heating, the author reduce the temperature in room when calculate, in order to save energy. In aspect of the laying tubing, this paper adopts the double spiral of concrete embedded plastic radiant floor heating. The method can achieve a smooth floor surface to creat comfortable environment. Last, the heat meter and thermostatic radiator valve are fixed in the every house to control the temperature and to calculate heat metering. To sum up, the low temperature water radiant floor heating is an ancient, new heating system, which can provide comfortable and achieve energy saving. Key words: floor heating system; energy s
