摘 要 本文主要通过罩壳冲压件的设计计算，设计出该冲压件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中，涉及到了冲压件的结构设计、压力机和模架的选择以及一些重要参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的凸凹模设计、卸料装置的设计和推件装置设计。 在整个模具设计过程中，采用了Pro/E、AutoCAD等著名的设计分析软件，通过这些软件进行设计分析，优化了设计参数，缩短了设计时间，并大大提高了设计效率。 关键词：冲压模具；凸凹模；Pro/E；设计计算；校核。 Abstract This paper mainly design the stamping mold through the trim calculation in the design of stamping parts.
