摘要绞车作为矿山采矿运输系统中的关键机械设备，其性能技术水平的高低直接影响到生产效率。绞车由于其安全可靠，易于实现无级调速，换向平稳，低速运转性能良好等优点。DTIID71绞车由底座、电动机、制动器、减速器，绞车滚筒、轴承等构成。随着绞车技术的发展，应用绞车在经济性、技术性、安全性和可靠性都显示出独特的优势。本文通过对绞车关键部件的分析研究，建立绞车设计计算的模型，为进一步绞车的设计制造水平奠定基础；通过对主要零部件如主轴、减速器、制动阀的设计制造的研究，为绞车的整体性能的提高提供保证。本文主要工作如下：卷筒轴的设计研究。根据材料力学的相关理论，对绞车卷筒轴的关键部件进行分析，建立卷筒分析的力学模型并在此基础上说明卷筒强度校核的计算方法；提出卷筒轴设计的主要方法；根据传动方案，合理选择减速器，制动器等。关键词 绞车；卷筒；行星轮减速器AbstractAs the important mechanical equipment of the transport systems in mine mining , the performance parameter of the winch directly affect the productivity. Because of safety and reliable, Winch is prone to realize stepless timing , and it changes direction smoothly and has a good performance in low-speed operation. The winch of DTIID71 is made of foundation ,electromotor , arrester , reducer ,winch platen and bearing . With the development of the technology of the winch . Winch performs the unique advantage in economic , technic , safety and reliability The thesis establishes the model of the winch according to the analysis of the key components of the winch which establish the foundation for further design . And the improvement of the overall performance is guaranteed according to the study of the production of the key components ,such as the principal axis ,reducer ,brake valve .The thesis task ,as follows: the design of the reel .
