WIN7系统下打印机无法共享故障分析报告故障描述:时间：2013年11月1号地点：综合楼702计划企划部设备系统名称：载有WIN7系统的联想组装机，HP 1008故障现象：办公室内其余电脑无法访问装有打印机的电脑，弹出 “您可能没有权限使用网路资源”反映相关人员：周页锦故障处理人：张程程处理经过:接到报修电话后，到达现场，查看故障现象。对房间内的打印机类型，型号进行确定，对办公室所用的打印机连接的电脑进行确定。观察后发现主机是装有WIN7系统的联想组装机，打印机是HP 1008。怀疑是工作组不一致或者网段不同，查看其余电脑和主机的工作组名与IP地址，发现都在同一工作组与同一网段。在主机电脑中打开“控制面板”→“管理工具”→“计算机管理”，检查“本地用户和组”中“用户状态，发现“账户已停用”已勾上，勾去该选项保存，进测试，故障依旧。打开组策略窗口，在此窗口的左边单击展开“控制面板”→“管理工具”→“本地安全策略”→“本地策略”→“用户权限分配”，在右边窗口双击“拒绝从网络访问这台计算机”对话框，在此对话框中发现Guest用户在列表中，选中Guest用户，然后单击删除按钮将此用户删除，然后重启电脑进行测试，发现仍然无法访问。“打开网络和共享中心” →“更改高级共享设置” →“密码保护共享”，选择“密码保护共享”保存退出，故障排除。原因分析：电脑中Guest用户被停用。网络设置有问题。 ③高级共享设置了访问权限 ④感染病毒4）相关措施: ①对出现故障的打印机检查硬件故障。 ②对打印机所连接的主机检查共享权限，网络设置，工作组设 置。 The rectification measures: (LED Leadership: Luo Mingjun, rectification time: before September 25th, 1, long-term adherence) to solve the problem of lack of awareness of the harm of Party cadres the four winds.
