仓库创建操作说明  目录 信息化管理 1 一、整体流程表述 3 二、仓库建立流程 3 2.1、创建仓库 3 2.2、项目与仓库关联 4 2.4、仓库初始确认 6 三、班组的建立 7 3.1、班组 7 一、整体流程表述 “物资管理、库存管理”在正式启用之前需要按照如下步骤完成仓库创建和用户权限设置： 1 创建仓库——2项目与仓库关联——3 仓库初始操作——4 仓库初始确认——5创建班组 二、仓库建立流程 2.1、创建仓库 路径：物资管理-库存管理-初始设置-业务数据设置-仓库 点击“新增”，建立本项目仓库，见下图： 然后填写仓库代码(仓库代码为该项目的项目编码)、名称等信息。注意这里的核算年和核算期，应该为仓库正式使用日期【比如2011年1月仓库投入使用(一般以开工日期为准)，则当前核算年为2011，当前核算期为1】，仓库类型统一选择“独立资金核算仓库” 启用批号的勾勾选上。 2.2、项目与仓库关联 第一种方法：选定仓库，点击屏幕上方按钮“项目仓库”-“项目” 然后在弹出的窗口中选择对应的项目： 然后，点击确定即可。 2.4、仓库初始确认 路径：库存管理-初始设置-仓库初始操作-仓库初始确认 三、班组的建立 3.1、班组 路径：物资管理—库存管理—初始设置—业务数据设置—班组 打开后，点击新增，如图： 班组名称请根据实际班组名填写，具体格式可参照上图，字母可用标段号代替，代码自动生成。 of prepared, and group volume, and review, and binding and transfer work 8.11 timely do appraisals summary work, strict reward measures. 8.12 safety health and environmental management based on safety and prevention first, the national security policy, national security law as the criterion, ...
