摘 要 此设计介绍了一种基于变频器的小区恒压供水系统的构成及工作原理。系统PLC为总控单元采用变频调速的方式，自动调节水泵电机转速、保持供水压力的恒定，在用水低谷时通过变频为小流量泵，降低电耗。在用水高峰时通过变频转为大流量泵，变频频率根据生活用水时间以及其他一些影响因素对主控PLC提供信息对变频器进行调解，使得水压恒定于一定的范围从而保证水的不间断供给，舒适小区生活以及保障消防用水，系统具有节能，工作安全可靠、自动化程度高等优点，提高了供水质量，对于小区物业而言，一次投入长时间受益。随着变频调速技术的发展和人们对生活饮用水品质要求的不断提高，变频恒压供水系统已逐渐取代原有的水塔供水系统，广泛应用于多层住宅小区生活消防供水系统。 关 键 词：恒压供水系统 变频器 PLC Abstract This design presents a frequency converter to the community based on constant pressure water supply system structure and working principle. PLC system for total control unit of the variable frequency speed way, to automatically adjust the water pump motor speed, keep the constant pressure water supply, water in the bottom through frequency conversion for small flow pump, lower power consumption. In the water peak frequency conversion to flow through large pump, frequency conversion frequency according to life water time and some other factors to provide information on the main control PLC frequency converter for mediation, make constant water pressure in a certain range to ensure uninterrupted supply of water, comfortable village life and security fire water, the system has energy saving, work safety, higher degree of automation advantages, improve the quality of the water supply, for residential property is concerned, a long time in benefit. Along with the development of the technology of frequency conversion and people to living and drinking water quality request to improve the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system has gradually replace the original water tower water supply system, widely used in multilayer residence village life fire water supply system.
