本科毕业论文 城镇土地集约利用评价指标体系和评价模型的初探 TOWN LAND INTENSIVE USE EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM AND EVALUATION MODEL OF TAIWAN 城镇土地集约利用评价指标体系和评价模型的初探 摘要 随着我国城镇化进程的加快，城镇规模不断地扩张，城镇用地需求不断增大而为满足城镇发展的需要，未来城镇建设仍需要大量的建设用地，土地资源将越来越稀缺城镇土地资源利用的问题已成为制约我国城镇化进程的主要矛盾，如何利用好土地资源，尤其是城镇土地资源是当前我国经济发展需要解决的一个紧迫的问题我国的用地现状要求我们必需转变土地粗放利用为集约利用，优化城镇土地结构，提高土地资源的使用效率 对于城镇土地资源集约利用内涵及其评价方法的研究已成为各相关学科研究的热点问题本论文在国内外城镇土地资源集约利用研究成果基础之上，结合对我国城镇土地资源集约利用实际状况的分析，归纳出城镇土地资源利用的一般规律，提出了本论文对城镇土地资源集约利用的内涵的界定，并对城镇土地资源集约利用模式进行了提炼在国内外城镇土地资源集约利用评价方法的研究基础之上，本文把城镇土地资源集约利用视为由经济子系统、社会子系统和环境子系统组成的复合系统，根据协同学理论和复合系统原理，构建了城镇土地资源集约利用系统协调度评价模型，并引入潜力度概念来表示城镇土地集约利用系统偏离最优状态的程度，对协调度模型加以修正，进而建立城镇土地资源集约利用系统评价模型和城镇土地资源集约利用评价体系 在本论文实证部分建立了城镇土地资源集约利用评价指标体系，对城镇土地资源集约利用水平进行评价结果显示城镇的土地资源集约利用系统基本有序，发展比较协调，但尚有潜力可挖其中，经济子系统和社会子系统的发展较为欠缺，在未来土地资源利用过程中应作为主要改善着力点在本论文结论部分根据论文中的实证分析结果，给出了本论文对城镇城镇土地资源集约利用的建议TOWN LAND INTENSIVE USE EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM AND EVALUATION MODEL OF TAIWAN ABSTRACT With the quickening of the process of urbanization, urban scale constantly expanding, urban use continuously increasing demand and to meet the needs of the development of towns, the future is still need a lot of urban construction land for construction purposes, the land resources will more and more scarce urban land resources use has become the main problem in China the process of urbanization, the main contradiction, and how to make good use of land resources, especially the urban land resources in Chinas current economic development needs to solve a pressing question our land condition requirements we must change for intensive use extensive use of land, optimization of urban land structure, improve the land resource efficiency in the use of urban land intensive use of resources for the connotation and evaluation methods has become the focus of research related discipline problems in this paper of urban land intensive use of resources at home and abroad based on the research results, according to our country town land intensive use of re
