It is for QC to inspect according to the requirements and control the products quality. 2.0 范围Scope 适用于喷粉车间质检员对本车间生产的产品进行检验. It is applied for shopfloor QC to inspect the products 3.0 名词定义Term Definition 无 None 4.0 权责Authority and Responsibility 无 None 5.0 工作程序Working procedure 5.1 质检员按下表要求对电泳和喷粉产品进行检验，第1-3项同时适用于电泳和喷粉产品，第4-10项仅适用于喷粉产品。所有测试取样必须随线取工件检查。而且必须全产品均匀测试，单件检查点不少于3点。 The inspectors shall inspect the electrophoresis and painting products according to the requirements as follow, No.1-3 meanwhile for electrophoresis and painting products, No.4-10 only for painting products.
