PAGE 20PAGE 21分类号分类号学号密级公开Corrugated paper cutting and creasing题 目（中、英文）瓦楞纸分切压痕机电气控制系统设计（软件）electromechanical gas control system design (software)学校代码作者姓名指导教师学科门类提交论文日期专业名称成绩评定本科毕业设计（论文） 摘 要基于社会生产规模的扩大，生产水平的提高，电气控制技术已从最早的手动控制发展到自动控制，从简单的控制设备发展到复杂的控制系统，从有触点的硬接线继电器控制系统发展到以微处理器或计算机为中心的网络化自动控制系统。现代电气控制技术正是综合应用了计算机、自动控制、电子技术、精密测量等许多先进的科学技术成果而迅速发展起来的，并向集成化、智能化、信息化和网络化方向发展。PLC与其他工业控制系统结合构成了大型控制系统，是可编程逻辑控制器技术的应用的主要形式，并已经成为实现工业自动化的主要手段，在工业控制领域中发挥重大作用，本课题是针对生产及生活中用量极大的纸产品——瓦楞纸，利用PLC控制技术实现它的生产工艺过程，整个工艺过程分为开卷、压痕、涂胶、烘干、分切等工序，分切压痕机是瓦楞纸生产中的主要设备，PLC、变频器、继电器是其主要的电气控制元件。关键词：瓦楞纸；压痕；PLCAbstractBased on the expansion of social production, production, raising the level of electrical control technology already from the earliest manual control development to automatic control, from simple control equipment development, to complex control system, from the contacts hardwired relay control system development to microprocessor or computer network for center of automatic control system.
