食物变质测试仪设计 浙江理工大学艺术与设计学院毕业设计报告 PAGE 28 27 - 摘要 安身之本，必资于食，我们每天的能量和营养元素都要靠饮食来摄取，饮食是人类维持生命的基本条件，也是一种乐于被人们接受的重要养生手段，除次之外饮食也是休闲生活的一部分,是一种享受，也是精神的愉悦。 任何食物都有一定的保质期，超过了保质期就会霉变、发臭，甚至产生许多对人生命构成威胁的毒素。民以食为天，如果饮食有了问题，民生的天空就会出现阴霾，生活质量就会大打折扣，老百姓的生命健康就会受到严重威胁。因此食物的品质也越来越引起人们的重视。本文着重对于这个问题，分析了国内外食物安全检测产品的设计现状，并且阐述了人性化设计的概念，明确了该类产品设计应包含的各技术方面情况，这不仅进一步揭示了设计是人类生活需求的体现，而且强调了健康饮食的重要性。 关键词：细菌；低分子化合物；人机；人工嗅觉系统 Abstract The basis of settling down, must give supplies to in food, both our energy in every day and nutrition element absorb coming needing to depend on food and drink, Food and drink is that human being maintains the life main conditions, is also one kind of the important means of life being happy to be accepted by people, food and drink is delighted to be also life part lying fallow, to be one kind of enjoyment, be also vigorous except time. Any food has all had certain guarantee quality scheduled time , has exceeded guarantor quality only being capable to do the poison mildewed , sending out bad smell , producing many pair of person life even posing a threat phase. Food is what matters to the people, if food and drink has had question, the peoples livelihood sky is only capable to do appearing hazy, be only capable to do the quality of life selling at a discount greatly, life of the common people health is only capable to do by grave threat. Therefore food quality also more and more brings to peoples attention. The main body of a book is emphasized to this problem, the design current situation having analyzed the safe home and abroad food detecting product, has set forth and the concept that personalization designs, has made clear that kind product design responds to every technology aspect condition containing, this goes a step further not only reveal design embodiment being human being life need, moreover the significance having emphasized healthy food and drink.
