Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine 本科毕业论文 儿科不合理用药的调查分析 学 院 广州中医药学院 专 业 药 学 年 级 2010 级 学生姓名 阮 才 芳 学 号 105201051002 指导教师 李 丽 娟 提交日期 2012 年 11月3日 儿科不合理用药的调查分析 【摘要】 家长对儿科用药的认识不清，加之医院、药监部门对用药管理方面尚不完善，儿科不合理用药的情况普遍存在。因为儿童的机体发育不成熟，免疫中枢及肝药物代谢酶等系统尚未完善，药物的滥用对儿童的损害比之成年人要大得多。外感发热是儿童常见病、多发病之一，本文主要从我院儿童抗生素和感冒药的不合理用药情况入手分析，探讨可能存在的问题及其原因所在，同时提醒患者家长药物使用应注意的问题，从而进一步保证儿科用药的合理性。 【关键词】儿科用药；不合理用药；抗生素 The Investigation and Analysis of non-rational use of children drugs [Abstract] Children are normally under-immunity to various infection, and inevitably will be used to access to medication. Since the study of children, parents of childrens knowledge of medicine, and management is not perfect, the children in drug abuse situation in recent years is gathering momentum. For childrens well-being of the immaturity of central drug, and liver metabolism enzymes systems have not yet complete, drug abuse of the damage to children than adults of much bigger. This article mainly from the children to the misuse of antibiotics and cold medicine, surgery and analysis of the doctors and druggists medicine guru for children and patients find in the same time, to remind the parents should pay attention to the problem of drug use and further that children receive medication.
