河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计（论文）题目：鹤壁大禹煤矿矿井设计 学生姓名：123 学 号：123 专业班级：09采矿1班 学 部：工程教育部 指导教师：陈永超 讲师 2013年5月20日 摘 要 本设计为大禹矿0.9Mt/a新井设计。大禹煤矿位于河南省禹州市西北面，交通便利。井田走向（东西）长约3.9～4.2km，倾向（南北）长约2.2km，井田总面积为8.7km2。主采煤层为二1号煤，平均倾角为13°，煤层平均总厚为10m。井田地质条件较为简单。 井田工业储量为121.6Mt，矿井可采储量85.5Mt。矿井服务年限为67.8a，涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为263，最大涌水量为447。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低,为低瓦斯矿井。 井田为双立井两水平开拓。水平标高为±0m、-250m，双立井开拓，主井装备箕斗，副井装备罐笼。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风。 矿井年工作日为330d，工作制度为“四六”制。 一般部分共包括10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-采区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。 关键词：立井开拓 ；两翼对角式 ；综采放顶煤 ；矿井通风 ABSTRACT This s a new design of DaYu mine with a production of 1.2Mt/a. DaYu mine lines in Northwest of Yuzhou in HeNan province.The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 3.9-4.2km ,the width is about 2.2km，well farmland total area is 8.7㎞2.The five is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 13 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 10m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 121.6Mts. The recoverable reserves are 85.5Mts.The service life of the mine is 67.8 years. The normal flow of the mine is 263m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 447 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well. The well farmland is two level in shaft well to expand. The level should be located at the lever of ±0m and -250m, which use raise and dip mining method of vertical shaft development. The main shaft skip install skip and the auxiliary shaft install cage. The two wings opposite angles ventilation system is used in the mine. The working system “four-six” is used in the Dayu mine. It produced 330d/a.
