黄石理工学院毕业设计（论文）PAGE PAGE 34摘 要改革开放二十多年来，交通运输业得到了迅速发展，到目前为止，铁路运输紧张状况有所缓解，公路交通明显改善，民航运输基本适应需求，为我国国民经济和社会发展提供了重要保障。 　 各种运输方式发展迅速，基本缓解了运输“瓶颈”状况，但发展不够均衡，供需矛盾并未根本解决。这几年公路建设力度加大，呈现超常规发展态势，公路交通得到明显改善。民航发展迅速，旅客周转量和货物周转量每年均以两位数递增，平时上座率和载运率只有60％左右。铁路由于各种原因，发展速度相对缓慢，基本建设投资不到公路的一半，虽然能力紧张状况有所缓解，但由于发展速度跟不上经济发展要求，铁路运能与运量的矛盾仍然存在，在客流高峰时期，铁路供求矛盾更为突出。关键词：交通运输；经济；发展。ABSTRACTTwenty years of reform and opening up, the transportation industry developed rapidly, so far, rail tensions eased, significant improvement in road transport, air transport meet the basic needs of national economic and social development of our country provides an important safeguard.
