Shenzhen Airlines, also needs impelling and positive ideology to guide the strategical development and the daily work. With the economic development and social progress, safety culture construction has turned into the developing oeientation of corporate culture construction, and become one of the most important parts of building harmonious enterprise. Safety culture could bring the managers and employees into the enviroment of collective safety enotion, and produce promissory safety control system, which build enterprises into a clooective with common value, common pursuit and cohesive force.
