支架塑料注射模具设计 摘 要 此论文在第一章绪论中主要介绍了塑料模具现阶段的发展状况，在现代模具设计中采用了大量的新技术，新工艺和新材料。模具设计已经成为一种综合型技术。还简单的介绍了塑料的一般成份及塑料的一些特性。还介绍了注射模具的主要组成部件（如定模板、动模板、复位杆、顶杆、导柱等）及模板的材料选择。 第二章第一节中写的是塑料的注塑成型工艺，包括塑料的注塑成型工 艺、注塑成型参数的选择（温度、压力和时间）。第二节介绍的是塑料制 品的设计及设计中应考虑的因素。塑料制品设计的主要内容包括塑料制品 的几何形状、尺寸精度和表面质量。 在第三章塑料模具的设计中介绍了塑料模具设计的基础知识包括：注射模具与注射机的关系（基本技术参数和选用注射成型机时基本工艺参数的校核）、浇注系统的设计（主流道，分流道、浇口的类型等）、成型零件的结构设计（模具分型面的选择和凹模、凸模、型芯的设计及组合形式）。及零件的注射模具的设计过程。每个零件的设计步骤一般由产品分析及零件选择、塑件几何特性分析、注射成型机的选择、注射成型机参数的校核、浇注系统的设计、成型零件的机构设计、成型零件的尺寸计及模具的零件等组成。 关键词　塑料；现代模具；塑料模具；注射机；凸模；冷却装置 Apparatus Shell Inject Plastic Mould Design and CAD Simulate Abstract This thesis introduced the current development in mould in plastics condition primarily in an introduction, adopting a flood of new technique in modern mould design, new craft with new material.
