广 州 航 海 学 院 毕 业 论 文 题目: 中央冷却水节能系统设计 系 别: 船舶工程学院 专 业: 船舶电气工程技术 班 级: 船电111 姓 名: 梅岳燚 学 号: 20111316121 指导教师: 白 明 2014年 5月 20日 摘要 受全球能源紧张和全球温度上升影响,节能技术越来越受世界各地的关注,现今的中央冷却水系统几乎都存在海水泵功率较大,运行时间长,海水泵控制技术一直停留在人工控制阶段等问题,造成较严重的“大马拉小车”现象。为此,如何高效利用海水泵成为关键问题之一。通过调查,越来越多的船东在造船过程中倾向于海水泵变频调速控制中央冷却系统。 中央冷却水节能系统是针对以往的海水冷却系统进行优化升级的设计,以FATEK HMI——FT104NT-T51R作为上位机监控台、SIEMENS 1214C作为下位机控制器、ABB ACS510-01 (50KW)作为驱动海水泵电机的变频器,综合了主机辅机运行功率、海水温度、淡水温度、温控阀开度等多方面因素来计算变频控制法自动调节海水的最低适应流量,实现能源高效利用。 关键词:节能、变频调速、模糊控制 ABSTRACT Affected by the global energy crisis and the global temperature rise, energy-saving technology attract increasingly attention all over the world. Nowadays, Central cooling water system almost all exist some problems, such as power seawater pump is too large, long operation time, water pump control technology still bog down in the artificial control phase causing seriously phenomenon Waste ones talent on a petty job. So, how to use seawater pump efficiently has become one of the crux of it. Through the investigation, more and more SHIPOWNERS tend to choose seawater pump variable frequency speed to control the central cooling system in shipbuilding process. Energy saving system of central cooling water, designed for seawater cooling system optimization and upgrading of the past, is mainly in the FATEK HMI棗FT104NT-T51R as upper computer monitoring platform, SIEMENS 1214C as controller, and ABB ACS510-01 (50KW) as inverter to drive water pump motor, which calculate the frequency control method to adjust the minimum flow of so as to achieve the efficient use of energy, automatically by combining many factors such as the host power、the auxiliary power、seawater and fresh water temperature、temperature control valve opening and so on.
