中西部小城镇结合现代农业园发展初探——以新疆新能源与现代农业园总体发展规划为例郑纲，耿慧志，王建华，周华，赵鹏程，邢箴【摘要】依托现代农业园建设小城镇可以促进产业联动、产城融合，是中西部城镇化的有效路径之一。本文通过新疆新能源与现代农业园、乌拉泊社区、红卫湖商务区结合发展的规划案例分析，认为多学科协作、生态优先、农业用地的复合使用、特色挖掘与彰显是小城镇与现代农业园结合发展的要点。【关键词】中西部，小城镇，现代农业园【Abstract】It will promote industrial linkage and integration of the towns and industry by relying on the modern agricultural park to constructsmall cities and towns.It is one of the effective urbanization ways of the middle and west areas in China.This paper focus on the combined planning case analysis of Xinjiang New Energy and Modern Agriculture Park,Wulabo Community and Hongwei Lake B
