摘 要 是一种由汽车底盘、混凝土输送泵、可回转和折叠伸缩的布料臂架系统等组成的高效混凝土浇筑设备。其中最重要的部件就是臂架系统，它负责将混凝土通过臂架上的输送管输送到各种复杂的建筑施工位置；它的布料性能体现在高效的工作适应性、灵活便捷的操作和机构、结构的高可靠性。 1米是一个专门服务于农村房屋和桥梁施工的短臂架产品，此产品的研发要求以二轴(桥)底盘上的最长1米臂架为饵标进行产品研发、分析及优化。论文以农村实际建设为依托，以设计出优质、高效1米臂架系统为目标，围绕材料力学分析、动力学分析及机械系统控制设计等方面中的关键技术问题进行了研究。 关键词；臂架系统；短臂架 Abstract Concrete pump is the efficient concrete pouring equipment that consist of chassis、concrete pump、rotatable and collapsible telescopic cloth boom system. The most important part of the concrete pump is the boom system which transported concrete to the location of a variety of complex construction through the boom on the concrete pipes. In addition, the performance fabrics of the boom system works efficient、safe and adaptable,flexible and convenient to operate. 1m pump is the product that specialized service in the construction of rural houses and bridges short jib. The research、analysis and optimization of the 1m pump is with two axes (bridge) on the chassis of the longest 18 ??meters boom as standard bait. Around the mechanics of materials analysis, dynamic analysis and structural optimization design and mechanical control system design and other aspects of the key technical issues, the research rely on the actual construction of rural, aim to design a high quality, efficient 18 m boom pump system.
