摘要 《中国一东盟自由贸易区服务贸易协议》的签订和实施，是中国—东盟自由贸易区建设进程中的一个重要里程碑。它让广西与东盟双边的服务市场开放程度不断深化, 大大推动和促进了广西与东盟各个国家之间的服务贸易，双方在各个服务贸易领域的合作与交流也因此会变得越来越紧密，从而可以互相学习对方服务行业的长处，这将为广西发展与东盟的服务贸易带来巨大的机遇。广西经济的快速发展与其所拥有各种独特的优越条件，为其与东盟开展服务贸易提供了良好的条件，也为双方之间的服务贸易奠定有利的经济基础。但是广西与东盟服务贸易的发展过程中也存在这诸多的问题，这些问题将会严重制约影响着广西与东盟国家服务贸易市场的快速发展。因此，广西必须采取一定的措施来改变这种局面，为广西与东盟国家的服务贸易打开宽敞的大门。 关键词：广西；东盟；服务贸易；现状；发展 The Current Situation Analysis and Developing Countermeasure In Service Trade Between Guangxi And ASEAN Student: CHEN Xia-Wei Teacher: LU Jun Abstract The signing and implement of Agreement on Trade in Service of the China-ASEAN, is an important milestone in the process of building the China-ASEAN free trade area. And this agreement deepening the opening degree of bilateral service market between Guangxi and ASEAN, contributing to the service trade between Guangxi and ASEAN countries greatly. As a result, the cooperation and exchanges in the field of service trade in both sides will become more and more closely, and both sides can learn from each others strengths of the service industry, so that bringing huge opportunity for the development of service industry between Guangxi and ASEAN. The rapid economic development of Guangxi and its unique superior conditions, provide good conditions for service trade in ASEAN countries, and lay favorable economic foundation of service trade between both sides. However, there exist many problems in the development of service trade between Guangxi and ASEAN, these problems will severely affect the rapid development of the service trade market of Guangxi and ASEAN. Therefore, Guangxi must take some measures to change this situation, so that to open the spacious door of the service trade between Guangxi and ASEAN countries.
