关于企业融资结构选择的探讨 张友鹏 西南交通大学希望学院（637900） [摘要]：本主旨在研究融资结构的选择，探索融资方式和融资渠道之间的最佳组合，提出适合当前经济形势的融资结构，以期帮助企业选择合理的融资结构、制定正确的融资策略。 [Abstract]: the aim of thesis is to study the problem of choosing financing structure and explore choice of financing means and the combination and proportion among all kinds of financing channels. Then, put forward the best enterprise choose scientifically and rationally the financing structure and draw up the correct and effective financing tactic. 关键词：融资；融资方式；融资结构；资金成本 一、融资的定义和作用 融资，指资金的融通。融资的目的在于解决借贷双方对资金的供给与需求，对企业而言，就是要解决资金的来源问题。同时，融资在社会经济发展中也发挥着重要的作用。（一）通过融资，动员、积累和分配社会
