基于B2C的物流配送模式的应用探究 摘 要 电子商务正影响着世界的每一个角落，它变革了现行的商业体系，深深地改变了人们的消费方式，特别是B2C(Business to Consumer)电子商务模式。物流配送是B2C电子商务企业提高市场竞争力的关键,是实现B2C电子商务快速发展的保证。随着B2C电子商务的发展，物流配送已成为阻碍B2C电子商务快速发展的瓶颈，研究B2C电子商务企业如何选择应用物流配送模式具有重要的意义。 本文B2C电子商务及物流配送的相关概念B2C电子商务与物流配送的相互关系；了目前B2C电子商务企业的主要物流配送模式，进行了优劣势比较，就其应用进行了，以京东商城为例，利用层次分析方法说明如何选择应用物流配送模式，就现阶段B2C电子商务物流配送应用中存在的难题进行了总结，分析了其中的原因，针对应用问题提出相应的措施。 关键词：B2C，物流，配送模式  he Application Exploring of Logistics Model Based on B2C Author:Xiao Yuzhen Tutor: Sun Junhong Abstract Electronic commerce is affecting every corner of the world, it changes the current commercial system, changes peoples consumption way deeply , especially B2C (Business to Consumer) electronic business model. Logistics distribution is the key to improve the market competitiveness of B2C e-commerce enterprises, is the assurance to realize B2C e-commerce enterprises rapid development.
