Therefore, risk consciousness is emerging, risk is a word has become the call of The Times and requirement, however, for large construction engineering project risk management research is particularly important. This paper uses the basic theories of the risk management, combined with the large construction engineering risk management features, selection of large construction project as a case study, the analysis of large-scale construction engineering risk management of the construction unit, the whole economy and society to have the important meaning.
