毕业设计（论文） 题 目 家族式企业融资问题研究 系 （院） 专 业 班 级 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 二〇一三年六月家族式企业融资问题研究 摘 要 顺应我国改革开放发展的潮流，家族企业在我国经济发展中扮演的角色越来越突出。然而由于家族企业存在产权不明，治理结构混乱，企业信用不足以及现行的金融体系对其缺乏足够的支持等原因，我国家族企业在资金募集、企业信贷等方面存在严重的融资问题。这些融资问题主要表现在家族企业融资渠道的狭窄，融资的期限较短，以及融资体系的不健全等方面。家族企业的融资问题的解决事关整个改革开放的兴衰成败，刻不容缓。 要解决家族企业融资问题，一是要完善家族企业管理结构和产权制度，创建职业经理人制度；二是要通过政策层面加强对家族企业的引导和扶持力度，为其创造良好的政策环境和生存空间；三是要完善金融系统环境，建立健全服务于家族企业融资的中小金融体系，通过多种途径拓宽家族企业的融资空间。 关键词：家族企业；融资；市场失灵；机制创新The Study on Financing Problem of Family Enterprise Abstract Comply with the development trend of Chinas reform and opening up, the family business is playing an important role in economic. However, due to presence of family business ownership is unknown,governance structure confusion, lack of corporate credit and the existing financial system to its lack of adequate support and other reasons,our family business in the capital raising, corporate credit and other aspects of serious problems.These financing problems mainly in the family business financing channels narrow, short term financing,and financing system is not perfect and so on. Family business financing problems related to the success or failure of the reform and opening up,without delay. To solve the problem of financing the family business, it is necessary to improve the management of the family business structure and property rights system, create professional manager system; second, through the policy level to strengthen the family business guide and support efforts to create a good policy environment and survival space; third is to improve the financial system environment, establish and improve the service to the family business financing small and medium financial system, through a variety of ways to broaden the financing of space for the family business.
