单位代码: 10204 吉林工程技术师范学院 信息工程学院 学士学位论文 我国B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式研究 学生姓名: 唐颖颖 专 业:信息管理与信息系统 班 级:0941 学 号:08 论文起止日期：2013年3月至6月 我国B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式研究 Research On Logistics Distribution Mode of B2C Electronic Commerce Enterprise in China 学生姓名： 唐颖颖 班级： 0941 指导教师： 杨峰 职称： 副教授 专业名称： 信息管理与信息系统 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 随着电子商务的发展，物流问题逐步成为制约B2C电子商务进一步发展的瓶颈。选择适合自己的配送模式，能有效降低成本、提高客户服务水平。本文以我国B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式研究作为题目，首先，概括了电子商务与物流的概念与特点以及电子商务与物流的关系；其次，通过国内外B2C电子商务的对比，分析我国B2C的现状，找出了我国B2C电子商务存在的问题；第三，研究我国B2C物流模式，探讨了自营物流模式、第三方物流模式和自营物流与第三方物流相结合等模式，分析了目前这几种物流模式存在的问题，并总结了应用启示；第四，基于对B2C电子商务物流模式的分析，给出了适合我国企业的物流模式，并举例对我国现有B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式提出建议；最后，对全文进行了总结。 本论文通过对电子商务企业物流的配送模式现状进行分析与总结，目的是为了研究其在选择物流配送模式过程中所产生的问题及解决的方法，最后使其的物流配送模式能达到最适合本企业的最佳方式。使电子商务行业不为物流配送模式而困扰，在提高服务质量的同时，减少物流的成本。 关键词：B2C；企业物流；配送模式 Abstract With the development of e-commerce, logistics become the bottlenecks problem that restricts the further development of B2C e-commerce. The suitable distribution model can effectively reduce costs and improve customer service levels. In this paper, I will give a research to Chinas B2C e-commerce business logistics mode. First, I will make a comparison on the e-commerce and logistics concepts and features between Chinese and other countries. Second, through the comparison between the B2C e-commerce and logistics, I will analysis the e-commerce situation, and find out the problem exist. Third, study the B2C logistics model, self logistics mode and third-party logistics, analysis the problems of these types of logistics mode and summarizes the revelation. At last, based on the analysis of B2C e-commerce logistics model, I will give the suitable logistics model to Chinas enterprises. The purpose I analyze and summarize the current situation of e-commerce business logistics mode is to find the problems arising in the transport process and solute it.
