机械电气工程学院本科毕业设计(论文)  题目： 葡萄残枝粉碎机的设计  院 （系）：  专 业：  学 号：  姓 名：  指导教师：  完成日期：  摘要 新疆作为我国主要的葡萄种植和生产加工区域,近年来, 新疆依托优势资源, 大力发 展特色产业和进行农业结构调整, 葡萄产业得到了快速健康的发展， 种植面积、产量和  深加工能力大幅提高, 然而葡萄生产机械化程度低,应用于葡萄生产后期残枝处理的农业 机械和技术却相对滞后, 葡萄在入冬前修剪枝条时，对修剪后枝条采取的做法是拢堆焚  烧，拢堆焚烧费时费力，焚烧污染环境,浪费有机质肥料,目前国内外对于专门粉碎葡萄残 枝的农业机械尚属空白,因此，研制一种能够将葡萄残枝回收粉碎再利用的机械就显得十 分必要。葡萄残枝粉碎后可用于做木塑复合材料的原料；食用菌培养基制备；生物质能源 原料制备；直接作为生物肥料还田。本次设计的葡萄残枝粉碎机，采用锤片式粉碎，动力 配置采用了广泛使用的皮带轮驱动，该机主要组成部分有：机体、喂料口、转子、筛片、 传动部分。 关键字：农业机械；粉碎机；木塑复合材料；葡萄残枝  1  Abstract Xinjiang as Chinas major grape growing and production and processing area in recent years, relying on the advantages of resources in Xinjiang , to develop special industries and agricultural structure adjustment , the grape industry has been rapid and healthy development , acreage , production and deep processing capacity greatly improved, however, low level of mechanization of grape production , the grapes used in the production of post- stumps processing of agricultural machinery and technology has lagged behind, before winter pruning grape branches after pruning approach is taken heap burning rope , rope heap burning time-consuming , incineration environmental pollution, waste organic fertilizer , at home and abroad for specialized agricultural machinery crushed grapes stumps still blank , therefore , developed a way to recycle the crushed grape stumps mechanical recycling is very necessary . After crushing the grapes broken branches can be used as raw material WPC ; mushroom media preparation ; preparation of biomass materials ; directly as a bio- fertilizer to field .
