论文题目：温度监控系统的设计 专 业：自动化 本 科 生：王仲浩 （签名） 指导老师：王媛彬 （签名） 摘 要 温度是工业控制对象主要被控参数之一，在温度控制中，由于受到温度被控对象特性的影响，使得控制性能难以提高，而一些工艺过程其温度控制的好坏直接影响着产品的质量，因而设计一种较为理想的温度控制系统是很有现实意义的。 本文是以STC89C52单片机为核心，设计了一种温度监控系统，系统可以实现对温度的测量，记录和报警。系统由单片机模块、温度采集模块、时钟芯片模块、显示模块和报警模块五部分组成。主要通过DS18B20温度传感器采集环境温度，以单片机为核心控件，并通过LCD1602来显示当前的温度和时间，最终将温度传到上位机以便记录和存储。通过测试表明，本设计对温度的监控有方便、简单的特点，从而大幅提高了被监控温度的技术指标。整个系统结构紧凑、简单可靠、操作灵活、功能强、性能价格比高，能够较好地满足环境温度监控需要。 关键词：温度，单片机，DS18B20，LCD1602 Subject :The design of the temperature monitoring system Specialty : Automation Name : Wang Zhong-hao (Signature)＿＿＿＿ Instructor : Wang Yuan-bin (Signature)＿＿＿＿ ABSTRACT Temperature is one of the controlled parameters for industrial control objects. In the temperature control, control performance is difficult to get improved under the influence of the temperature controlled objects’ characteristics. Stand or fall of temperature control directly affects the product quality. Thus, it is of great practical significance to design a more ideal temperature monitoring system. Centered on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer，this article designs a temperature monitoring system. This system can realize the temperature measurement, record and report to the police. The system consists of five parts, including MCU module, temperature acquisition module, clock chip module, display module and alarm module. This system collects environmental temperature mainly through DS18B20 temperature sensor, takes single-chip microcomputer as the core control, displays the current temperature and time through LCD1602, and the temperature will eventually get spread to PC for record and storage. The test shows that this design is characterized by convenience and simpleness for temperature monitoring, and further raises the technical index of monitored temperature.
