It uses the loose group discussion form, fast evoked peoples specific behavior, and the behavior of these qualitative, quantitative analysis and comparison to judge by the appraisal personality characteristics. In recent years, leaderless group discussion is more and more widely applied in enterprise recruitment and selection of talent, to the enterprise personnel recruitment and selection have great effect on the work. This paper first introduces the characteristics of the concept of leaderless group discussion with S, make the quality structure analysis for the deputy general manager of S company, and uses the method without leading group discussions recruitment case explained that this is an effective, workable talent selection method.
