重庆大型商场暖通空调与造价工程 学院名称：能源与环境工程学院 专业名称：建筑环境与设备工程 学生姓名：王玉龙 指导教师：李联友 【摘要】：目前工程上常用的空调方案有集中式空调、半集中式空调和分散式空调系统，其典型代表分别为定风量全空气系统、风机盘管（加新风系统）。 风机盘管直接设置在空调房间内，对室内回风进行处理，新风通常是由新风机组集中处理后，通过新风管道送入室内，系统的冷量和热量通过空气和水共同承担，所以属于空气-水系统 本工程为重庆大型商场暖通空调与造价工程，总占地面积为5076.53㎡，建筑高度26m；总建筑面积为30459㎡，本建筑共5层，地下1层，地上共4层；地下一层为商场和地下车库，面积为5076.53㎡,层高为：4.5m；地上共4层，1-3层为商场，第四层为办公区；一层层高4.8m ,二到四层层高均为4.2m。 结合建筑物用途，该设计地下商场和地上的一、二、三层商场全部采用全空气系统，四层办公区采用风机盘管加新风系统。该设计夏季冷负荷为2120474kw，冬季热负荷为112382kw，共设2个新风机组，2个全空气机组。夏季由两台螺杆式冷水 机组提供冷量，冬季空调采用市政热水热源，经水--水换热器制备空调热水。 预算采用定额计价的方式进行。 【关键字】：风机盘管，空调系统，定额计价 【Abstract】：Currently works on commonly used air-conditioning program focused on air-conditioning, semi-centralized and decentralized air-cooled air conditioning systems, which were scheduled for a typical representative of the entire air volume air systems, fan coil units (plus the new wind systems).
