PAGE 中国最大的论文知识平台内容摘要软件外包是服务外包的重要组成部分，承接软件外包为发展中国家提供了难得的机遇。中印同为发展中国家，在软件产业外包出口领域却形成了截然不同的表现。本文综合运用比较分析和定性分析相结合等研究方法，主要比较研究印度和中国承接软件外包的模式。首先阐述了印度和中国承接软件外包的概况，运用数据和图表的方式进行说明。其次，用SWOT模型比较印中两国承接模式，分别从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四方面阐述印中两国在承接软件外包上的竞争力。最后，分析印中在过去、现在和未来承接软件外包方面的竞争与合作。并提出未来在合作大于竞争的形势下，两国应该争取发挥各自优势、克服劣势、抓住机遇并转移威胁，在人力资源、市场、国家层面和应对金融危机方面进行合作的建议。关键词：软件外包、服务外包、竞争力、SWOTABSTRACT Software outsourcing is an important part in the service outsourcing and it gives the developing countries a good opportunity to undertake this service to develop their software industries. India and China are both developing countries, but exports in the software outsourcing field has created different performance. This paper makes use of the competitive analysis method and qualitative analysis and so on. It mainly researches the pattern of undertaking software outsourcing between India and China. First of all, it takes an overview of the situation about India and China’s software outsourcing. And this paper will apply the data and charts to explain the condition. Secondly, it applies the SWOT to analyze the model of the two countries. There are four aspects to represent the competence of undertaking the service, including strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. Finally, it analyzes the competition and cooperation on undertaking software outsourcing between India and China in the past、present and future three periods.
