It uses the output signal to control the MOS in order to introduce hysteresis thus avoiding possible oscillation ,successfully complete the overvoltage protection . Protection’s threshold voltage can be selected two-four decoder . Based on 0.18μm CMOS process，the proposed circuit has been verified，the simulat
