改良洗胃法在急性中毒患者洗胃中的应用效果探讨 吕天花 【摘要】目的 探讨改良洗胃法在急性中毒患者洗胃中的应用效果。方法 回顾我院急诊科自2000年1月-2012年2月将口服药物中毒需采用电动洗胃机洗胃的患者86例，随机分为观察组和对照组各43例, 观察组采用改良洗胃法，对照组采用传统的洗胃方法，将两组进行比较,观察两组患者洗胃总时间、洗胃总液量、一次性插管成功率、堵管发生率及并发症发生率。结果 观察组病人洗胃总时间、洗胃总液量低于对照组；一次性插管成功率高于对照组；堵管发生率、并发症发生率低于对照组，有统计学意义。结论 改良洗胃法可减少洗胃总时间及洗胃液总量，提高一次性插管的成功率，同时可减少堵管及并发症的发生率，减轻病人的痛苦，提高病人的舒适度，为洗胃的顺利进行提供保障。 【关键词】急性中毒 改良洗胃法 Investigate the effects of improved gastric lavage in the patients acute poisoning Lv tianhua The Third People，s Hospital of Zigong ，Zigong 643020，Sichuan，China 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effects of Improved gastric lavage in the patients acute poisoning. Results: the time and total fluid volume of Observation group lower than control group(P＜0.05). The success rate of One-time intubation higher than the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of plugging and the Incidence of complications lower than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Improved gastric lavage can reduce the gastric lavage of the total time and wash the gastric juice total, Improve the The success rate of One-time intubation, at the same time can reduce the incidence of blocked tubes and complications, alleviate the suffering of the patients, improve the comfort of the patients, provide protection for the smooth conduct of the gastric lavage.
