摘要 随着信息时代的发展，计算机在各种领域都得到了广泛的运用，特别在医疗领域，计算机运用不可或缺。医院管理的信息化与网络化要求计算机的运用将成为现代医院不可缺少的重要条件。当前的许多医院还不完全具备信息化与网络化的条件，医院管理系统信息化还需改进和加强。 鉴于此，本课题主要针对医院系统中最复杂也是最不可缺少的三个方面，即挂号管理、药品管理和住院管理进行研究， 找出这三方面管理存在问题并分析其中的原因，从而设计开发一个以挂号、药品和住院管理为核心的医院管理系统。本系统是基于B/S结构的医院管理系统，主要实现住院管理、药品管理、挂号管理、用户管理等医院信息的管理。同时，也探讨了关于数据库方面的内容。 本系统完成设计与实现以后，能够完成医院日常的管理工作，包括：用户管理、挂号管理、药品管理等，它能帮助医院提高工作效率，减轻医生和护士的工作压力，同时也为病人带来方便。本系统是一个适用于中小型医院的实用型管理软件。 关键词 医院管理系统； B/S结构；数据库；ASP.NET Abstract With the development of the information era, the computer in various fields have been widely used, especially in the medical field, the use of computer integral. Hospital management information and network requirements for computer use will become an important and indispensable conditions of modern hospital. The hospital does not have all the information and the network condition, the hospital management information system still needs to be improved and strengthened.
