成都信息工程学院本科毕业论文（论文） 中小企业融资问题研究 单 位：____________四川财经职业学院____________ 专 业：________________会计系__________________ 班 级：____________ 会计 2班_______________ 准考证号：______________012510400039______________ 姓 名：________________ _________________ 指导教师：________________夏洪智__________________ 2013 年 05 月 摘 要 中小企业是企业规模形式的概念，是相对于同行业的大企业在包括企业的组织形式、融资方式、所处行业地位、雇员人数、实收资本、资产总值等都比较小的经济单位。中小企业发展对经济增长的贡献是随着改革开放进程的不断深化而逐渐凸显出来的。特别是在20世纪90年代以后，中小企业日益成为推动我国整个经济高速增长的主要力量。在中小企业不断发展壮大的同时矛盾与困难也逐渐显现。中小企业融资难问题已经成为制约中小企业经营发展的主要瓶颈之一。本文采用了历史分析法和社会调查法对中小企业融资问题现状、原因做出了分析，提出了启动民间投资、促进经济发展的积极建议。 关键词：中小企业 融资渠道 企业经营 Abstract The small and medium-sized enterprise is the concept of enterprise scale form, is compared with the same industry in large enterprises including corporate forms of organization, financing way, the status of the industry, the number of employees, the paid-in capital, total assets are relatively small economic units. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises with the continuous deepening of reform and opening-up process and gradually highlighted the contribution to economic growth. Especially after the nineteen ninties, small and medium enterprises is increasingly becoming the main force to promote the rapid economic growth in china. In the development of small and medium-sized enterprises at the same time contradictions and difficulties are gradually. The difficult problem of financing of SMEs has become one of the main bottlenecks restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
