案例式教学法在非预防学专业《医学统计学》教学中应用

案例式教学法在非预防医学专业《医学统计学》教学中应用 马洪林 王良君 詹志鹏 (辽宁医学院,辽宁锦州,121001) 摘要:【目的】探讨案例式教学法在非预防医学专业医学统计学教学中的效果。【方法】在辽宁医学院2008级本科非预防医学专业中随机抽取两个大班为研究对象,实验班采用案例式教学,对照班采用传统式教学,以期末考试成绩和问卷调查结果来评价教学效果。【结果】考试成绩结果显示,实验班与对照班考试成绩在分值分布上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),平均分上二者的差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,91%学生认为案例式教学法激发了学习兴趣,92.4%的学生认为提高了分析问题解决问题的能力,超过80%的学生认为不仅拓宽了知识面,而且加强了自学能力和理论联系实际的能力。【结论】案例式教学学生同样能掌握医学统计学的基本知识,而且对提高学生学习兴趣、分析解决问题能力及表达合作能力方面有积极作用,还有利于教师自身综合素质、业务水平的提高,是一种较好的教学方法,值得推广应用。 关键词:案例式教学法;非预防医学专业; 医学统计学; 应用 作者简介:马洪林(1963-),男,辽宁抚顺人,辽宁医学院公共卫生管理学院院长,教授,硕士生导师,研究方向:预防医学教育、健康管理。 The application of Case Method in non-prevent medical science specialty, Medical Science Statistics teaching Ma Honglin, Wang Liangjun, Zhan Zhipeng (Liaoning Medical University, Jinzhou, Liaoning, 121001) Abstract:[Purpose]Discuss the effect of Case Method in non-prevent medical science, medical science statistics teaching. [Method]Select two bigger classes by random as object of study from non-prevent medical science specialty, undergraduate students of 2008, Liaoning Medical University, experimental class adopt case teaching, comparative class adopt traditional teaching, evaluate its teaching effect by end-of-term examination achievement and questionnaire survey result. [Result]The examination achievement result shows, the examination achievement of experiment class and comparative class have no statistics meaning in the aspect of marks distribution difference(P>0.05), and the average marks difference has no statistics meaning either(P>0.05). The questionnaire survey result shows, 91% students think that the case teaching stimulate study interest, 92.4% students think that it enhance the ability of analyzing and solving problem, exceed 80% students think that it not only broaden their scope of knowledge, but also strengthen their self-study ability and the integration of theory with practice ability. [Conclusion]Case teaching, students can master medical science statistics basic knowledge as well, and it also have positive effect
